Shipping Policy

To ensure secure delivery, all shipments require a signature upon receipt. Please take a moment to inspect your package carefully before signing.

We only ship to verified addresses. If your shipping address doesn’t match the billing address associated with your payment method, your order will not be processed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

Processing Time: 1 to 7 business days, depending on item availability.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Sunday.

Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $2.99 to $4.99 for U.S. orders, depending on order size.

Once an order is placed, it can be edited or canceled. Please note that our only refund method is store credit.

Return Policy

While we do not offer cash refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit for any issues. You have 7 days from receipt of your item to initiate a return for store credit. A signature is required for all deliveries—no exceptions.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

- If your item is damaged or incorrect (verified by evidence you provide), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

- For other reasons, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and the cost of reshipping the new item.

Important Notice

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once signed for. A signature is required on all shipments to ensure secure delivery. We will not issue refunds for returned packages; instead, we offer store credit. Once your returned package arrives at our facility, we will reach out to arrange reshipment or issue you store credit.
